Integrasi Kecerdasan Buatan dan Big Data Analytics dalam Sistem Informasi Manajemen Perguruan Tinggi untuk Optimalisasi Pengambilan Keputusan

Penelitian ini membahas pengembangan dan implementasi sistem informasi berbasis cloud untuk mendukung manajemen data terintegrasi di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah merancang sistem yang mampu mengoptimalkan penyimpanan, pengolahan, dan distribusi data akademik secara real-time, sekaligus meningkatkan efisiensi operasional institusi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan waterfall, melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis cloud mampu mengurangi redundansi data sebesar 45%, mempercepat akses informasi hingga 60%, dan meningkatkan keamanan data melalui enkripsi end-to-end. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi cloud dalam pengelolaan data perguruan tinggi dapat menjadi solusi efektif menghadapi tantangan era transformasi digital.
