Tren Penelitian Artificial Intelligence di Perpustakaan: Analisis Bibliometrik dalam Konteks Komunikasi Digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan penelitian artificial intelligence (AI) dalam konteks perpustakaan, khususnya perannya dalam mendukung komunikasi digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis bibliometrik dengan visualisasi menggunakan VOSviewer, berdasarkan 115 artikel yang diambil dari database Scopus melalui Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan publikasi AI di perpustakaan selama periode 2013–2023. Tema seperti challenge, academic libraries, dan artificial intelligence chatbot masih tergolong baru dan belum banyak diteliti. Penulis dengan sitasi tertinggi adalah Cox, A. M., Pinfield, S., dan Rutter, S., sementara jurnal paling produktif adalah Library Hi Tech. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran tren dan peluang riset AI di perpustakaan ke depan.
