PENTINGNYA 100 HARI PERTAMA KEHIDUPAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN STATUS GIZI ANAK DI DESA BINJAI (KERJA SAMA PUSKESMAS DESA BINJAI)

Seribu Hari Pertama Kehidupan (1000 HPK) adalah masa emas pertumbuhan anak, namun 100 hari pertama setelah kelahiran menjadi periode kritis yang sangat menentukan status gizi dan perkembangan optimal. Di Desa Binjai, masih ditemukan masalah gizi kurang pada balita yang dipengaruhi oleh pola asuh, pemberian ASI, dan pengetahuan orang tua tentang gizi. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat, khususnya ibu hamil dan menyusui, mengenai pentingnya pemenuhan gizi pada 100 hari pertama kehidupan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, diskusi interaktif, dan pendampingan gizi bersama tenaga kesehatan Puskesmas Desa Binjai. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 45% berdasarkan pre-test dan post-test, serta adanya komitmen ibu-ibu untuk memberikan ASI eksklusif dan makanan pendamping yang bergizi. Kesimpulannya, promosi kesehatan yang terencana dan melibatkan tenaga medis setempat dapat meningkatkan kesadaran gizi masyarakat, yang berkontribusi pada perbaikan status gizi anak di Desa Binjai.
