PELATIHAN MANAJEMEN USAHA TERPADU BAGI UMKM DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIVITAS PERENCANAAN DAN PENGENDALIAN BISNIS DI KOTA MEDAN

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui implementasi pelatihan manajemen usaha terpadu di Kota Medan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh UMKM meliputi rendahnya kemampuan dalam perencanaan usaha, lemahnya sistem pengendalian, serta kurang optimalnya pengelolaan keuangan dan operasional. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan intensif, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test serta observasi langsung terhadap perubahan perilaku peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 67,5%. Selain itu, peserta mampu menyusun rencana usaha sederhana, melakukan pencatatan keuangan, serta mengelola operasional usaha secara lebih sistematis. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kapasitas manajerial dan daya saing UMKM di Kota Medan.
