Kesehatan mental merupakan aspek penting dalam kesejahteraan individu, namun literasi kesehatan mental masih tergolong rendah, khususnya pada kelompok rentan seperti anak yatim piatu di panti asuhan serta masyarakat umum yang mengalami permasalahan relasi interpersonal. Pengasuhan institusional yang cenderung berfokus pada pemenuhan kebutuhan fisik sering kali belum diimbangi dengan perhatian terhadap kebutuhan emosional, sehingga berdampak pada kesulitan pengenalan dan pengelolaan emosi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental, pemahaman emosi, dan kemampuan regulasi emosi melalui program psikoedukasi dan art therapy. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara luring di panti asuhan dan secara daring melalui webinar psikoedukasi bagi masyarakat umum. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi psikoedukasi, diskusi interaktif, serta art therapy sebagai media ekspresi emosional nonverbal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep dasar kesehatan mental dan emosi, yang tercermin dari hasil post-test anak panti asuhan serta partisipasi aktif peserta webinar. Program ini memberikan manfaat promotif dan preventif dalam mendukung kesehatan mental berbasis komunitas serta memperkuat peran biro psikologi sebagai sarana edukasi kesehatan mental yang mudah diakses.
